My story

Why did I choose this work?

My father died when I was 16, and it shattered everything I thought I knew about myself and life.

In the aftermath, I felt completely disconnected — from who I was, from my body, from the life I'd been living.

Grief didn't just take my father. It took the version of me that existed before.

That experience became my most profound teacher. It showed me the power of truly witnessing grief — not rushing it, not fixing it, but allowing it to transform you in its own time.

That's why I chose this work.

I know what it's like to feel untethered. To question everything. To wonder if you'll ever feel like yourself again. And I also know that grief, when given space and compassion, can become a path back to yourself — not the person you were before, but who you're becoming now.

I'm not here to tell you how to grieve, but to offer the tools, space, and understanding. To witness your grief without judgment. To help you reconnect with yourself when everything feels foreign.

Your grief is deeply personal, and so is how you move through it.

My
why

From a young age, I've been deeply attuned to the subtleties of human emotion and energy. This sensitivity has shaped how I work with grief — creating space where the unspoken can finally be heard.

Grief can feel profoundly isolating. Sometimes you need words. Sometimes you need silence. Sometimes you just need someone who can sit with you in the weight of it all without trying to fix it.

I've spent my life learning to listen deeply — not just to what's said, but to what's carried in the body, in the silence, in the things that feel too big to name. I offer that space: a place where you can express what needs to be expressed, regulate what feels overwhelming, or simply be witnessed without judgment.

Because grief isn't just about the person that died. It's about the life you had before. The person you were before. The relationship you had with yourself that's now unrecognizable.

When someone dies, we lose the version of ourselves that existed in relationship with them. We lose routines, rituals, identity, and the future we imagined.

Everything shifts.

Through our work together, you'll rebuild your relationship with yourself. You'll discover who you are now, in this altered landscape, and learn to carry your grief while still allowing yourself to live.

Grief isn't linear. It's messy, non-linear, and deeply personal.

I'm here to support you through one of life's most difficult experiences — the loss of someone who mattered to you.

Grief doesn't follow a timeline or a formula, and neither does my approach.

As we work together, I'll be your steady companion, providing a safe space where your grief can be expressed exactly as it is — without pressure to "move on" or "get over it."

Grief lives in your body, not just your mind. Through our work together, you'll learn to release what you're physically carrying while processing the emotional weight of loss.

My goal isn't to fix your grief — it's to witness it alongside you.

My role is to help you honour your process, and discover what feels right for you. When you're ready, you'll have the tools and clarity to continue this journey on your own terms.
