Navigating Grief Together.
Grief can feel overwhelming, isolating, and hard to carry alone.
This Monthly Grief Support Group
offers a gentle, welcoming space where you can learn practical tools to help you navigate the waves of grief with greater steadiness, safety, and support.
Drawing on somatic (body-based) approaches and nervous system education, each session offers simple practices to help you move through overwhelming moments with more grounding and support.
Every session is thoughtfully structured and designed so you can attend at any stage of your grief journey.
There is never any pressure to speak. You are free to share, listen, or simply be present.
Together we explore:
• Nervous system regulation and grounding
• Understanding grief through the body
• Gentle grief expression with safety and containment
• Practical resources and tools to support you between sessions
Please note: This is not a trauma-processing group or a space for sharing graphic details surrounding death or loss. The focus is on building safety, increasing nervous system capacity, and learning sustainable ways to live alongside grief.
